SERVICE DEVELOPMENT

Issue:
For the past 10 years DiverseWerks have been invited to provide consultancy advice to support Settlement Services International (SSI) in its growth and capacity to be the leading provider of settlement services in NSW.

Solution:
We have developed a long-term relationship with SSI that involves providing a full suite of management support services to the organisation including, large scale tender coordination and preparation, organisation reviews, negotiation of external partnerships and MoUs, strategic planning and helping secure funding for contract support.

Results:
DiverseWerks continues to provide consultancy services to SSI, conducting organisational reviews, tender coordination, service set-up, strategic planning and business development.

Our involvement has been based on competence and respect, and on supporting SSI to achieve the best result for refugees in NSW.
