SydWest approached DiverseWerks to undertake strategic planning for the organisation.
DiverseWerks conducted a management team workshop to understand the operational model, and determine the nature of long term planning, including organisational visions and key strategic aims.
We also held a staff planning day as an off-site activity. This served to bring together a range of internal and external inputs to add depth to the business plan and identify key strategic objectives within the broader aims.
We produced a strategic plan for SydWest which served as the basis for the organisations operational objectives, as well as broader engagement with staff and other key stakeholders.
