Research Director

Anne has been with CIRCA since 1996, and has a wealth of experience in conducting research with Indigenous Australians, and those from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds. Anne’s experience includes both qualitative and quantitative methodologies, with particular expertise in program evaluation, attitudinal and developmental research, and communications research.

Anne has managed projects for both public and private sector clients across a diverse portfolio, including health, welfare reform, education, employment, justice, family violence, problem gambling and financial services. As well, Anne has presented papers on multicultural and Indigenous research at three national Australian Market and Social Research Society conferences.

Anne brings considerable expertise to the strategic development and management of research projects, and has highly regarded project management skills. Anne’s vast experience in strategic research with CALD and Indigenous communities also adds considerable insight in the analysis and synthesising of research results and recommendations. Anne began her research career as a research and strategy analyst and consultant for AMP Financial Services' marketing division, where she managed projects in customer satisfaction, advertising tracking and development, and product development.
