Senior Research Consultant

Natalie has been with CIRCA since June 2005 and has almost eight years of experience in the research industry in a quantitative and qualitative capacity. She has a keen interest in working with diverse Australians and is fluent in Croatian.

While her experience with CIRCA spans both the Indigenous and CALD sectors, much of her work in recent years has been with non-English speaking communities. This has involved attitudinal and developmental research on a range of social issues, evaluating programs targeting CALD groups as well as working with a variety of service providers to help them overcome cultural competency challenges.

In 2006 Natalie co-presented a paper with SBS at the Australian Market and Social Research Society conference on the nature of identity and belonging among culturally diverse Australians.

Natalie began her career working for TNS, in a social research capacity and largely evaluating a range of social marketing initiatives for the RTA, The Heart Foundation and Greenpeace, among others. She also worked for Added Value for several years, a marketing consultancy specialising in new product development for a range of international brands. In this role she managed and conducted numerous segmentation, immersion and ethnographic studies across the Asia Pacific, particularly in the Chinese market.
