Account Manager - Production
Cultural Perspectives are seeking an experienced and dynamic Account Manager (Production) to join our team within the advertising and creative services, with a specific focus on engaging multicultural communities. As the Account Manager (Production), you will be responsible for overseeing production processes and ensuring the successful execution of advertising and creative projects targeting diverse audiences. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, account management, and external suppliers, to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while respecting and reflecting the nuances of different cultures.

The Opportunity
The Account Manager (Production) will work on several communications, public relations, and engagement projects concurrently. The Account Manager (Production) position entails:
Independently lead projects from start to finish with exceptional project management skills.
Create compelling and creative project briefing material by working closely with clients and other team members.
Build strong relationships by managing internal and external stakeholders/suppliers.
Create captivating and meaningful content for the community.
Script writing and concept development.
Work in a client-focused team, committed to best practices when working with culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) communities.
Responsibilities
The Account Manager (Production)’s core responsibilities can be split into five distinct groups, each being a key component in a project’s life cycle.
Project Planning and Management:
Collaborate with the creative and account management teams to understand project objectives, requirements, and timelines.
Develop comprehensive production plans, including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
Responsible for creative conceptualising and writing of scripts for (but not limited to) videos, audio resources, print and static resources.
Contribute to internal marketing and promotion activities.
Oversee and coordinate all aspects of production, including pre-production, production, and post-production stages, ensuring cultural authenticity and inclusivity.
Supplier and Resource Management:
Identify and select appropriate external suppliers and production partners, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships while considering their expertise in engaging multicultural communities.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of required materials, assets, and services.
Manage internal resources, providing guidance, and ensuring diverse perspectives are represented in the creative process.
Quality Assurance and Compliance:
Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of creative output that align with multicultural communities.
Conduct regular reviews and quality checks throughout the production process.
Ensure compliance with legal and industry standards, including copyright, intellectual property, and regulatory guidelines.
Budgeting and Cost Control:
Work to project budgets, closely monitoring expenses and making adjustments as needed.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiencies without compromising the quality and integrity of the deliverables while maintaining cultural authenticity.
Communication and Collaboration:
Foster strong working relationships with internal teams, external suppliers, and clients.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, milestones, and potential risks.

Essential Criteria
3+ years proven production experience within the advertising and creative services industry.
Strong project management skills.
In-depth knowledge of production processes, including pre-production, production, and post-production.
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
Strong demonstrated verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to work under pressure.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships across teams and suppliers.
Demonstrated financial acumen and budget management skills.
Desirables

Experience in cross-cultural communication and working with non-English texts and fonts.
