Our history
Cultural Perspectives was founded in 1994 by Pino Migliorino AM, a nationally recognised leader in multicultural affairs.
With over three decades of experience spanning government, non-government and community sectors, Pino saw a critical need for more inclusive, culturally informed communication and engagement strategies.
Drawing on his work across policy development, service delivery and community advocacy - and driven by his deep commitment to Australia’s cultural and linguistic diversity - he founded Cultural Perspectives, a specialist agency dedicated to elevating the voices of diverse communities and ensuring they are heard, understood and respected.
Since its inception, Cultural Perspectives has played a pioneering role in shaping the way Australian organisations engage with and talk to multicultural audiences and has provided strategic advice, research and campaign delivery that reflects the complexity and richness of Australia's multicultural identity.
Our history is rooted in advocacy, innovation and unwavering commitment to meaningful representation - values that continue to guide our work to this day.
