Our purpose

We are deeply rooted in cultural understanding, working from within communities rather than from the outside. This culturally grounded approach ensures respect, safety and outcomes that matter.

Our work is inclusive, human-centered and collaborative. We believe meaningful outcomes are only possible through genuine partnerships - with communities, stakeholders and clients.

Our strategies are shaped by lived experience, community insights and trusted relationships built over time.

We are not just communicators. We are part of the communities we serve.

Diversity, equity and inclusion

Cultural Perspectives’ culture is based on our core values of being culturally grounded, inclusive, human centred, collaborative, passionate, ethical and respectful.

As a workplace, we are committed to providing and maintaining a harmonious environment with all employees treated with respect, dignity and fairness regardless of their ethnicity, gender, age, religious beliefs, sexuality, physical abilities or any other attributes.

Reconciliation action plan

We have a proud history of working with diverse communities in a way that is respectful, meaningful and safe. Over this period, we have had the privilege of being able to work with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities around issues of importance and relevance to them.

Our Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP), first launched in 2028, was approved for 2025-2027 period.

Fulfilling our RAP commitments requires actions that are meaningful, valuable and undertaken with integrity. Our RAP is a framework for achieving tangible outcomes through sustained, respectful behaviours and genuine reconciliation efforts.

represents our formal commitment to reconciliation and stands as a tacit reminder that in doing what we do professionally, the ability to both respect and seek opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples should be a priority objective.

We cannot achieve a truly multicultural society without first respecting and reconciling the rights and aspirations of our country’s First Peoples. It is important to involve multicultural communities in the ongoing dialogues and approaches to achieving reconciliation, and we acknowledge the RAP process as a significant and meaningful vehicle to achieve this.
