Jenny brings to her role at Cultural Perspectives more than 25 years of accomplished people management experience leading multidisciplinary teams and driving strategic planning across Government (NSW Department of Education), Higher Education (University of Sydney), Multinational (PO&O Ports), National Corporations (Woolworths) and Finance (Macquarie Bank).

With demonstrated success in leading transformational change programs within IT departments and across entire organisations, Jenny’s key strengths lie in account and relationship management. Her experience in the government and tertiary sectors has given her a deep understanding of managing large budgets, maintaining accountability and transparency and driving outcomes.

Jenny’s people-centred organisational skills and process-driven approach support the Cultural Perspectives team in streamlining practices within the project management system and strengthening supplier management — liaising with and providing administrative support to production suppliers and community organisation partners.

Jenny prioritises the delivery of accurate and timely project financial information, payments and invoices. Throughout her diverse career, working within client-focused teams has been a hallmark of her approach, underpinned by a commitment to best practice when engaging with culturally and linguistically diverse communities.

Jenny supports the Cultural Perspectives team in delivering numerous communications, public relations and engagement projects concurrently, while also ensuring high-quality contributions to the administrative requirements of tenders, proposals and quotes.
