Jenny brings to her role at Cultural Perspectives 25+ years accomplished people manager experience of multi-disciplinary teams, strategic planning within Government (NSW Department of Education), Higher Education (University of Sydney), Multinational (PO&O Ports), National Corporations (Woolworths) and Finance (Macquarie Bank).

With demonstrated success with transformational change programs within IT department and across the whole of business. Jenny’s key strengths are in Account and Relationship management. Jenny’s experience in Government and the Tertiary sectors ensure she has a deep understanding of managing large budgets, accountability, transparency and an outcome driven approach.

Jenny’s people centred organisational skills and process driven approach supports the Cultural Perspectives’ team to streamline practices with the project management system as well as Supplier management – liaising with and providing administrative support to production suppliers and community organisation partners.

Jenny prioritises quality project financial information, payments and invoices that are accurate and timely. Working within client-focused teams is a hallmark of Jenny’s diverse career where she is committed to best practice when working with culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) communities.

Jenny supports Cultural Perspectives’ team to deliver numerous communications, public relations and engagement projects concurrently, whilst also ensuring high quality contributions to the administrative requirements of tenders, proposals and quotes.
