Campbelltown Catholic Club
Research
Issue:
Campbelltown Catholic Club wanted to update their local market knowledge across their catchment, which includes the three local government areas of Campbelltown, Camden and Wollondilly. The Club was seeking an understanding of the views, wants and preferences of current and potential members as part of a broader development program of the main club area.
Solution:
DiverseWerks conducted a qualitative and quantitative research project across three stages - demographic analysis, qualitative research to understand perceptions and barriers relevant to members and potential members, and quantitative research with existing Club members to identify knowledge, use and satisfaction of the services offered by Campbelltown Catholic Club.
Results:
DiverseWerks provided Campbelltown Catholic Club with a comprehensive set of research to support the Club's planning process for future development of their facilities. The DiverseWerks research identified a series of key outcomes across the wide-ranging areas of services currently offered by the Club as well as new areas of interest to the local community for consideration.
