Drawing on over a decade of experience in media, communications and strategic campaign delivery, Elias has played a key role in the success of high-profile brands and major government initiatives. He has held senior positions at Seven West Media and NewsCorp, where he led national campaigns for a diverse range of clients.

Elias brings strong capabilities across end-to-end campaign management, digital strategy, public relations (PR) and stakeholder engagement. He has worked closely with executive leadership teams across both corporate and consumer-facing sectors, consistently delivering high-impact outcomes. Earlier in his career, Elias worked within the Australian Taxation Office’s marketing and education team, helping to simplify complex tax and legislative information into accessible messages for individuals and businesses. This experience laid the foundation for his strength in communicating clearly and effectively on complex topics.

Since 2022, Elias has served as Senior Account Manager at Cultural Perspectives (CP), leading culturally responsive national campaigns for clients including the Department of Health, Disability and Aged Care (DoHDA), the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT), and the Department of Home Affairs (DHA).

Elias has played a central role in the planning and execution of national, multicultural communications at CP. A hands-on approach has been applied to every stage of delivery, from strategy development, stakeholder engagement, media outreach to creative execution and community engagement. His work has spanned campaigns focused on health, safety and national security, with successful delivery for all clients.

Combining a deep understanding of CALD audiences with strong project leadership has allowed him to translate complex policy into clear, culturally relevant communications. His contributions have directly contributed to increased awareness, behaviour change and service uptake within targeted multicultural communities, while reinforcing CPs’ reputation as a trusted government partner.

Achievements/highlights:

  • End-to-end project delivery as Campaign Implementation Manager across multiple national Federal government campaigns, including health initiatives for the DoHDA including Japanese encephalitis virus (JEV), Sexually transmitted infection (STI), Routine childhood immunisation, Influenza, COVID-19, PBS and Respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) maternal vaccinations campaigns. Travel safety messaging for the DFAT covering the Smartraveller campaign, and cybersecurity awareness for the DHA

  • Successfully collaborated with partner agencies and mainstream research firms as part of the village model, ensuring coordination and alignment

  • Managed production and delivery of multilingual campaign materials including stakeholder kits, factsheets, frequently asked questions, social tiles, conversation guides and translated digital collateral

  • Engaged CALD communities via targeted strategies, including; scripting, sponsored community events and ethnic media outreach

  • Led stakeholder relations strategy across all campaigns, including briefing kits, eDM creation and scheduling and data analysis

  • Developed tenders and proposals supported with strategy insights and budget alignment
