Khushboo is a social impact storytelling professional whose work bridges the worlds of environment, culture and community. With a background in environmental science and visual arts, she approaches her work through both analytical and creative lenses, bringing together research, empathy and narrative to foster understanding and inspire collective action.

Throughout her career, Khushboo has worked across the environmental, cultural and community sectors, supporting projects that promote inclusion, justice and sustainability. Her early experience in environmental law gave her a strong grounding in the intersections of land rights, environmental protection and social equity, where she supported litigation and advocacy that protected communities and Country.

Khushboo has also worked closely with First Nations communities, facilitating engagement processes that centre self-determination, respect and cultural integrity. She has supported strategy development, policy work and community consultations that highlight First Nations voices as cultural knowledge holders and create pathways for culturally responsive outcomes. She also has experience in project management, coordinating complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives and ensuring they are delivered with purpose, structure and cultural sensitivity.

Passionate about climate and social justice, Khushboo believes in the power of storytelling as a tool for systems change, one that builds empathy, strengthens belonging and connects people across diverse experiences.
